it was an absolutely amazing stay, modern place. the hotel was a comfortable base for enjoying a pretty comfortable area, right by morocco and the atlantic ocean with waves breaking over the riad walls. the staff was lovely friendly and extremely friendly, good services, we felt safe.

location: the hotel was right by lovely restaurants as well as ramparts of the old city. and it was around 10-15 minutes walk from pasta baladin, ate there couple of times.

View was magnificent, breakfast was delicious, and beds were exceptionally comfortable. The people were hospitable, will exceed the expectations. The location was wonderful and fantastic, for example, Port was within a close distance from the hotel. They recommended a top-notch restaurant for dinner...

The location near the city walls was stunning and the terrace offered a great selection of breakfast meals.

Exceptional service and attention to detail. Abdelhaq went out of his way to make our stay special. From helping us prepare chai in the kitchen to recommending the best vegetarian restaurant in town, the hospitality was beyond compare. The white-washed walls and beautiful decor added to the charm of the riad. The mesmerizing sound of the sea outside our window was a bonus. The breakfast was outstanding, with vegan options available. I highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and lovely ambiance.

We loved staying at this hotel which is ideally located close to all the shops and literally next to the ocean, providing a constant fresh breeze. The breakfast was amazing, plentiful and tailored to our dietary requirements with flavoursome local dishes. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful and always smiling.

The rooms have comfy beds and are beautifully decorated with flowers, and the hotel employees are extremely friendly and hospitable.

We had a lovely stay during our Thanksgiving break. the breakfast was amazing, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the hotel is located in a prime spot, with stunning views of the sea from the rooftop terrace. Being able to walk to everything in the area was a huge plus.

The room was a bit dark and musty smelling. the lack of proper curtains made sleeping difficult with the bright light outside.

The hotel is right by the ocean with a fresh breeze all the time, providing a lovely early morning walk along the commanding sea wall. The rooms, especially the ones on the top floor, offer a picturesque view of the ocean, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The breakfast served on the terrasse with the seaview is a delightful experience, providing a perfect start to the day.
